My Pals Nancy and Joseph got here down on Saturday to hike at this finish of the County, so I took them as much as the Mendoza ranch entrance of Harvey Bear County park. We had a pleasant hike circumnavigating Mummy Mountain, about 4 miles.

On Sunday I went for a tough two and a half hour experience on my recumbent. The primary hour and a half was a brisk tempo experience protecting my coronary heart charge about 120. Then I did a bunch of intervals of varied lengths, adopted by a cooldown. I felt nice on the finish, though a little bit sore the following day. However a better restoration experience on Monday made me really feel loads higher.

Fairly Early Morning sky on Monday. I used to be making an attempt to seize the partial eclipse of the Solar, but it surely doesn’t present up due to the glare.
